Return Policy

At DeepSea Care, your satisfaction is our priority. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy under the following terms:


1. Faulty or Defective Products

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • You will be required to return the product for inspection by our quality team.

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will repair or replace it and send it back to you free of charge, ensuring it is in perfect working condition.


2. If No Fault Is Found

  • If our inspection finds no defect, the product will be returned to you.

  • In this case, both return and re-delivery shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


3. Unused & Unopened Products

  • If the product is unused and still in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher for future purchases.


Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

  • Always contact our support team before sending a return to ensure proper processing.
