At DeepSea Care, we make every product with care, and we stand behind that care. If something goes wrong and your product has a warranty, we’ll make it right.

Some of our products include a warranty, which is mentioned on the product page. You can also choose the coverage period that works best for you — 3, 6, or 12 months — when completing your purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and ensures a replacement or exchange. There are no complicated steps and no hidden terms, just a clear promise from us to you.

Please note that misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, water or heat damage (unless specified), or improper storage and handling are not covered under our warranty.
