At DeepSea Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

An order number is required to process your return.

Used items that are still in working condition are not eligible for return and will be sent back at your cost.
How to Request a Return

Once your item is received, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refund & Exchange Options

Faulty or incorrect product: Choose between a voucher refund or a bank transfer.

Unused, perfect condition product: Eligible for return within 30 days for a voucher refund or bank transfer.

Exchanges: First, return the original item. Once approved, we will issue a voucher for you to place a new order.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us the same day so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval. Bank refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank.
