Refund policy

At DeepSea Care, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • An order number is required to process your return.

  • Used items that are still in working condition are not eligible for return and will be sent back at your cost.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at deepsealifesciences@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Ship your return to:
    Ground Floor, DeepSea Care Office, 30-B Block E Unit No. 6, Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh 71000

Once your item is received, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund & Exchange Options

  • Faulty or incorrect product: Choose between a voucher refund or a bank transfer.

  • Unused, perfect condition product: Eligible for return within 30 days for a voucher refund or bank transfer.

  • Exchanges: First, return the original item. Once approved, we will issue a voucher for you to place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us the same day so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after return approval. Bank refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please email us at deepsealifesciences@gmail.com.
